A leading Pharmacy Benefits Administrator struggled with legacy on-premises infrastructure processing approximately 1 million claims daily. As they onboarded new clients, the system choked — leading to potential business losses and eroding client trust.
The Architecture
We engineered a multifaceted cloud-based solution using the MERN stack and AWS serverless solutions, including Lambda and API Gateway. Legacy data was migrated with zero data loss to an optimized RDS (MySQL) database. To handle real-time data streaming and analytics, we integrated Amazon Kinesis.
